The Human Easter Hunt is a great game for gathering students! It is high energy, fun, and really helps get new people to your meeting. It requires no special equipment, other than some calculators, pens and photocopies of the "point chart." You will want as many students as possible to drive to the meeting that night in order to have vehicles and drivers to "hunt down" other students. It is best to allow 1-1.5 hours for the "hunt" (you might need more time for a rural area) and 30 minutes to gather back for a short meeting.
This activity has been very successful for others. One person shares his experience: "We started out with 28 students and ended up with 52; 2 students indicated decisions for Christ. It was a blast. The only complaint the students had was they wanted longer to hunt down their friends and possibly to do it on a weekend night. Also, now that they know how much fun it was, they want to do it again and really advertise it."
